Acorn Internet Services now offers photo services for Bed and Breakfast Inns. Your web site photography and design is equally important as your SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Innkeepers spend thousands and thousands of dollars every year “driving” business to their web site. You want to make sure that once you bring in that potential guest – you WOW THEM and win them over so they book a room at your B&B or Inn. That “WOW” starts with Professional Photos and an up-to-date Web Design.

We will stage and customize photos specifically for your Inn and Inn Style. Our photographer typically works alone, but may request innkeeper assistance when setting up particular shots. We provide a CD of high-resolution, quality images, edited and ready for use in both printed materials and web site design. Film and scanning costs easily drive up the cost of any photo shoot. We only shoot digital, allowing us to pass the savings on to you, the innkeeper. We know the life of an innkeeper can be hectic and busy, so our photographers strive to make the process as efficient and easy as possible.

Half Day $500
5 hours (includes post-production work in Photoshop)

The Half Day shoot is perfect for small properties with only 2-3 guest rooms and guest baths. 5 hours typically allows us to photograph the exterior of the Inn, (1) common area, food or dining shots and up to (3) guest rooms and baths.

Whole Day $800
8 hours (includes post-production work in Photoshop)

The Whole Day shoot works best for medium sized properties with 4-6 guest rooms and baths. 8 hours typically allows us to photograph the exterior of the Inn, (1-2) common areas, food or dining shots and up to (6) guest rooms and baths.

Extended Custom $100 / hour
If your property doesn’t fall into the “typical” Half or Whole Day criteria, or you simply want a more custom, extended photo session, we are happy to provide you a customer quotation. For a custom quote, please email us at photography@acorn-is.com

Particulars

There is a Half Day Minimum on all assignments
50% deposit is required in advance on all photo shoots
Travel Fees apply on all photo shoots
Mileage is based on current Governmental Rates
Travel Fees and Deposit must be received at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled shoot date
Complimentary lodging at the Inn may be necessary for multiple day shoots

The Fine Print . . .

Photography

Photography services require both a deposit and estimated travel costs be paid in advance. Our photographer is dedicated to producing photos that will “sell your inn” in its best light to your customers. It is the innkeeper’s responsibility to be present at the time of the photo shoot, and offer any information regarding their requests before and during the session. Photography fees are not refundable.
