Acorn offers three E-Mail solutions. Acorn recommends using the 3rd party vendor FASTMAIL.FM, an E-mail provider, that offers one of the best spam protection, flexible e-mail systems available today. Acorn is also available to host E-Mail which is usually recommended when a customer has multiple E-Mail addresses. The third option is when Acorn forwards E-Mail to a 3rd party vendor (IE: Comcast, Adelphia, Earthlink, etc.) other than FastMail.

Acorn is not responsible for lost E-Mails being forwarded to the E-Mail destination company due to their configuration setups. If a customer chooses to change their E-Mail configuration after they have become a Hosting Customer, E-Mail setup, support and training time is billable. E-Mail support is billable.
